INGREDIENTS
1 lb. thinly sliced beef
2 Tbsp sugar (or a little less, according to your personal taste)
4 Tbsp soy sauce
4 Tbsp minced green onions
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 Tbsp toasted and ground sesame seeds
1 Tbsp sake or sherry (or Chinese Rice Wine)
2 Tbsp sesame oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine beef with above ingredients and marinate for approximately 30 minutes. Charcoal broil, pan broil, or stir fry in a small amount of oil 2-3 minutes.
