Macaroni And Beef Casserole

INGREDIENTS

1/2 C. macaroni
3 1/2 tsp. butter
3/4 C. chopped onion
2 C. cheese, cubed
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 C. drained tomatoes
2 C. milk
2 T. flour

INSTRUCTIONS

Drop macaroni in boiling water cook until tender. Drain in colander and place under cold water. Heat 1 1/2 teaspoons butter and add onion. Then add meat. Cook until meat loses redness. Drain off fat. Add tomatoes. Heat 2 teaspoons butter and stir in flour. Add milk. Cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add cheese. Spoon macaroni in dish. Spoon meat over macaroni and pour cheese over all. Bake 30 minutes at 450 degree.
