Macaroni And Cheese

INGREDIENTS

1-8-oz. pkg. macaroni
2 eggs
1 1/2 to 2 c. milk
1 t. salt
3 c. grated cheese
1/2 dry breadcrumbs

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender, using 1 teaspoon of salt to a quart of water. Drain. Beat eggs slighly, add milk and salt. Alternate layers of cooked macaroni and grated cheese in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Save 1 cup cheese for topping. Pour egg mixture over contents of casserole. Combine 1 cup grated cheese with 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs and cover casserole with mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven until firm and brown.
