INGREDIENTS
1 cup onions, chopped
1 cup green peppers, chopped
1/2 green onions
3 eggs, scrambled
1/2 lb bacon, cooked, crumbled, set aside bacon fat
1 cup sausage, cooked, sliced 1/2-inch rounds
1/2 cup ground pork, cooked (or pork chops, diced) (optional)
1 cup ground beef, cooked
2 cups rice, cooked
salt to taste
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
Brown ground beef; drain and set aside. Cook sausage and ground pork until done; drain and set aside. In a separate small frying pan scamble 3 eggs in a little butter, then set aside. Fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon; crumble bacon set aside. Saute onions and peppers in bacon fat until tender. Add cooked rice and stir constantly. Add pork stock, green onions, cooked hamburger meat, cooked bacon, cooked sausage and cooked pork; stir constantly so rice doesn't stick or burn to the bottom of the pan. Add seasonings. Continue to cook together for about 5 minutes. Serve.
