Carrot Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 3 oz orange jello
2 c boiling water
2 c carrot, grated
1 8 oz crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c coconut
1/4 c nuts, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Dissolve jello in hot water; chill until thickens but no set. Add carrots, pineapple, coconut, and nuts. Pour in mold or serving dish and chill until set.
