INGREDIENTS

1 3 ozs. pkg. cherry jello
1 3 ozs pkg orange jello
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 lb can pitted tart red cherries
1 lb pkg frozen strawberries, thawed
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 2 or 2 1/8 oz dessert topping mix
1 orange rind, shredded (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Dissolve gelatins in boiling water. Add cherries with liquid, strawberries, celery and pecans. Chill till partially set. Pour into 9x9x2 inch pan. Chill until firm.

Beat together cream cheese and salad dressing. Prepare topping mix using package directions, fold in cheese mixture. Spread atop cherry layer. Chill till set. Garnish wiith shredded orange rind, if desired. Makes 12 servings.
