Corn Salad

INGREDIENTS

2 cans corn, drained
1 cucumber, peeled, chopped
1 sm. red onion, chopped
1/4 cup mayonaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. vinegar
½ tsp. dry mustard

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together corn, cucumber and red onion in a medium bowl. Set aside.

In another bowl blend mayonaise, sour cream, vinegar, and dry mustard together. Add to vegetables; mix well. Refrigerate overnight. Top with chopped tomatoes.
