INGREDIENTS
3 cucumbers, sliced then cut into 1/4 pieces
2 carrots, shredded
NAKANO Seasoned Rice Vinegar with Red Pepper (Fat-Free Dressing)
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix cucumbers and carrots together in a small bowl. Pour dressing over the top and mix thoroughly. Cover. Refrigerate overnight. Mix well before serving.
