INGREDIENTS

8 med. potatoes
1 tsp mustard
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup pickle relish
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 tsp sugar
1/2 onion finely chopped (optional)
1/2 tsp black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil potatoes in salted water and cook until tender. Drain potatoes and mix all ingredients.
