INGREDIENTS
1 peck or 10 to 12 lbs of Pears
6 large onions
4 medium red or green pepper
1 bottle of pimento
1 Tbsp. salt
! Tbsp. mixed pickling spice
2 lbs sugar
5 cups of vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
Peel and core pears and peel onions. Remove seeds from peppers and chop. Put all through a food grinder. Add other ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Cook for 30 minutes. Seal in jars.
