INGREDIENTS

6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
1 t. salt
4 T. mayonnaise
5 T. Sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup finely chopped celery (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix ingredients together lightly and spread over bread.
