Hamburger Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. hamburger
1 t. salt
2 T. chopped onion (optional)
1 t. fat

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine hamburger, salt, and onion thoroughly. Shape into four thick or eight thin patties. Pan-broil in greased skillet. Do not press the patties and do not over cook. Turn to brown the other side. Serve hot on buns or slices of bread. Garnish with piclkle, mustard, catsup, or onion if desired.
