INGREDIENTS
sirloin steak, very thin sliced (breakfast steak)
cooking oil
peppers, thinly sliced
onions, thinly sliced
mushrooms, chopped
cheese, American or provolone
hoagie rolls or soft steak rolls
INSTRUCTIONS
Saute the onions, peppers, and mushrooms in a little cooking oil until tender. Fry steak until brown; break apart while cooking. Drain grease. Melt cheese thoroughly together with steak. Serve on soft steak rolls or in hoagie rolls. Place beef and add onions, peppers and mushrooms on top. Serve.
