Lemon Butter Fish Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 t. pepper
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 T. parsley, finely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Cream butter, add lemon juice very slowly, continue to cream; then stir in other ingredients.
