INGREDIENTS

2 T. margarine
2 T. flour
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and stir to form a paste. Add milk, salt and pepper. Continue to cook until mixture is thick and smooth.
