2 lbs tomatoes, chopped
2 cups onions, chopped
1 tbsp. garlic, chopped
1 6 oz. tomato paste
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
2 med. size bay leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
Simmer slowly for 2 hrs. Remove bay leaves.
