INGREDIENTS
8 quarts ripe tomatoes, cut in pieces
2 quarts vinegar
1/4 cup salt
2 cups sugar
1 tbsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. cinnamon, ground
1 tbsp. mace
1 tbsp. cayenne
1 tbsp. garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to pot and cook slowly for about 2 hours or until reduced to half. Strain, reheat and seal in quart jars. Make about 2 to 3 quarts.
