Brown Sauce

INGREDIENTS

3 tbsp. butter or margarine
4 tbsp. flour
1 cup beef stock
salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour and stir until mixture turns brown. Add beef stock a little at a time. Stir constantly for 5 minutes.
