INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 cup oysters
4 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups oyster liquor
dash of cayenne
INSTRUCTIONS
Parboil oysters; drain and reserve liquor. Chop oysters and set aside. In a saucepan, make a white sauce with butter, flour, seasonings and oyster liquor (add more milk if not enough oyster liquid); add oysters and serve.
