INGREDIENTS
5 Tbsp vinegar
5 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp flour
4 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup water
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix flour, sugar and salt. Gradually add the liquids to flour mixture, stirring until smooth. Taste to determine if more vinegar or sugar is needed. Pour into skillet, stirring constantly until thicken and clear.
Optional: add chopped onions, diced tomatoes and cucumbers, pineapple chunks, and pre-fried pork cubes or chicken to sauce.
