INGREDIENTS

1 Tbsp. oil
1-10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli
3 cups water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
4 oz. fine egg noodles
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 cups milk
1/2 lb. American cheese
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oil, add onion and saute 3 minutes. Add water and bouillon. Heat until bouillon dissolves and water boils. Add noodles and salt. Cook uncovered 3 minutes. Stir in broccoli and garlic. Cook 4 minutes. Add milk, cheese, and pepper. Stir until cheese melts. Serves 6.
