Cauliflower Soup

INGREDIENTS

2 large onions, chopped
1 large cauliflower
3 ribs celery, sliced
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 Tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
salt, pepper, nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash cauliflower and cut into sprigs. Steam cauliflower, onions, and celery in a little water until tender. Meanwhile, melt margarine and add flour to it, the add milk and cook until it thickens. Pour over vegetables, and season to taste. Serve with cheese and crackers.
