Cream Of Potato Soup

INGREDIENTS

4 stalks celery
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. chopped onion
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
2 T. butter
2 c. milk
1/4 t. paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

Chop celery. Add water to celery and onions in saucepan and simmer until mushy, about 30 minutes. Strain. (Should make about 1 cup.) Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot mixture. While hot, pour over potatoes. Stir, add butter, milk, and paprika; heat.
