INGREDIENTS
1/2 lb. bacon, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
4 large potatoes, peeled, diced
3 cups milk
1 can creamed style corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry bacon in a large heavy pan until crisp. Remove bacon and crumble; set aside. Saute onion in bacon fat until tender. Add diced potatoes and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add milk and stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serve hot and sprinkle each bowl with bacon.
