INGREDIENTS

1 pkg. White cake mix
1 oz vanilla instant pudding mix
1/2 cup cooking oil
3/4 cup water
4 each eggs
1 cup bananas, mashed

Glaze
1/2 medium banana
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 cups powder sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Place mixes in bowl and other ingredients. Pour batter into greasedand floured 10 x 4 tube pan. Bake at 325 degree for 50 minutes. Cool in pan then remove and add banana glaze.


BANANA GLAZE: Mash banana and add lemon juice. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating between additions.
