INGREDIENTS

12 each vanilla wafers
16 ozs cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 each eggs

INSTRUCTIONS

Use muffin pans. Put one vanilla cookie in each paper cup holder. Mix all the rest of the ingredients except the eggs ;on high speed in a blender. Then mix the eggs. Fill each cup 3/4 full, bake for 25 minutes at 325 degree. Chill and they are ready to eat. Unless you want to top with fruit preserves, nuts or chocolate be creative.
