INGREDIENTS
1 pkg yellow butter cake mix
ICING:
8 oz sour cream
1 3/4 cups sugar
3 pkg frozen coconut
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix cake mix according to directions on the box and bake in two 9 inch cake pans for for stack cake. You can use a sheetcake also.
ICING:
Mix ingredients and let chill for 1 hour then add 3 small packages of frozen coconut. Spread between layers and on top. Let cake set for 2 to 4 hours before cutting. Unless to be used after cooking keep in refrigerator.
