INGREDIENTS

3 sticks of butter
3 cups of sugar
5 eggs
3 cups of self-rising flour
2- Tbsp. lemon extract
3/4 cup of 7 UP

INSTRUCTIONS

Cream butter and sugar for 20 minutes. Add 5 eggs, one at a time then add 3 cup of self-rising flour. Add 2 Tbsp. lemon extract and fold in 3/4 cup of 7UP. Pour into a well greased 12 cup bundt pan. Bake at 325 degree for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
