INGREDIENTS
Cake:
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups oil
2 cups self-rising flour
2 cups sugar
2 to 3 tsp. cinnamon
3 cups grated raw carrots
Frosting:
1 Box conf. sugar
1 Stick of Margarine
1- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 cups pecans
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix cake ingredients and cook in three, nine-inch pans. Bake at 300 degree for 45 minutes. Mix frosting ingredients together and frost the cake when cool.
