INGREDIENTS

1 cup or more bananas
1/4 cup shortening
3/4 cup sugar
1 ea. egg
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/8 tsp soda
1/8 cup sour milk
1/2 tsp vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix and pour into cupcake holders. Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
