INGREDIENTS
2 pkgs. unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup hot water
1 cup sugar
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice
2 large cool whip
1 loaf angel food cake, trim off brown crust and break into pieces
1 cup powdered sugar
coconut; sprinkle on top
INSTRUCTIONS
Dissolve 2 packages of gelatin in a 1/2 cup cold water. Stir 1/2 cup hot water, 1 cup sugar, crushed pineapple and juice. Cool. Then add 1 large cool whip and 1 loaf angel food cake (break into small pieces, trim off brown crust). Put this ito 13 x 9 in pan. Then blend 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 large cool whip. Spread over above and sprinkle with coconut.
