INGREDIENTS

MUFFIN
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup shortening
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 cup milk

SAUCE
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 tbsp. soft butter
1 tsp. cream
2 tbsp. orange marmalade

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix muffin ingredients together and pour into prepared pans. Pour mixture in cup cake holders and bake at 375 degrees F. for 20 minutes or until done.

Mix sauce ingredients together and put on muffins after they are done. Serve.
