INGREDIENTS
CRUST
1 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
4 tbsp. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
FILLING
4 to 5 pkgs (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
4 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 cup to 2 cups sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Plain or Topping of your choice.
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt 1 stick of butter and pour over crumbs and sugar; mix thoroughly. Press crumb mixture onto bottom and sides of 9 or 10-inch spring-form pan. Bake mixture at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Remove and set aside for filling.
Blend and beat softened cream cheese, flour and sugar at medium speed together. Beat eggs in one at a time; beat well after each one. Blend in vanilla, lemon juice and sour cream. Pour mixture over crumb crust and bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Open oven door and turn off; let cake sit in oven until cooled (at least 2 hours). Remove cake from pan when completely cooled. Refrigerate for best taste.
Serve plain or with topping of your choice.
