INGREDIENTS

CAKE MIXTURE:
1 1/2 cup flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup shortening, softened
1/2 cup milk
1 egg

STREUSEL MIXTURE:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup pecans, finely chopped
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter, melted

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare coat baking pan with shortening and flour. Mix sugar, shortening and egg together thoroughly. Add milk and stir. Blend dry ingredients together and stir in mixture. Spread 1/2 of dough mixture in pan. Mix streusel mixture ingredients together. Sprinkle 1/2 of streusel mixture over dough mixture in the pan. Add remaining dough mixture. Sprinkle the last 1/2 of streusel mixture on top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 375 degrees F.
