INGREDIENTS

1 cup shortening
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cream of tarter
1 tsp. soda
3 or 4 cups of flour

INSTRUCTIONS

Cream together shortening, eggs and sugar. Add vanilla cream of tarter, soda and flour and mix together. Roll out dough 1/4 inch thickness, then use a biscuit cutter. Cook at 325 degrees for about eight minutes.
