INGREDIENTS

4 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cup sugar
12 oz chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix egg whites, cream of tartar, salt and vanilla until you get a soft peak. Then add 1 1/2 cups of sugar after mixing get stiff peak. Then mix in chocolate chips. Line cookie sheet with foil. Spoon mixture onto pans and bake at 300 degrees F. for 3 minutes.
