Fudge Frosting

INGREDIENTS

1-1/2 cups of sugar
7 T. cream or milk (1/2 cup less 1 T.)
2 oz chocolate, melted
1 T. corn syrup
1/4 tsp salt
4 T. margarine or butter
1 tsp vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix ingredients except vanilla in a saucepan and slowly bring to a full, rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 min (on a clear day), 1-1/2 minutes on a rainy day. Cool to lukewarm. Add vanilla and beat until thick enough to spread.
