INGREDIENTS

4 egg whites
8 tbs. sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

To make a meringue, beat egg whites; add sugar gradually and continue beating until meringue holds in peaks. Spread lightly on slightly cooled pie. Be careful to spread all the way to the edges so that filling will be sealed. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 15 minutes. Cool slowly.
