INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup Crisco
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup cocoa
1/3 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt Crisco in a saucepan and then remove from heat when shortening is melted, then stir in salt, cocoa, milk and vanilla. In a bowl put 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar. Pour in the chocolate mixture and mix using a mixer on medium speed untol creamy and smooth. Add a little extra milk as needed to get a good spreading consistency.
