INGREDIENTS
3 oz. peach jello
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup fresh peaches, sliced
8 cups Short cake holders
1 pkg. dream whip
INSTRUCTIONS
Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Add cold water, lemon juice
and peaches. Place bowl of gelatin mixture in larger bowl of ice and water. Stir until slightly thickened. Spoon over short cake holders; top with whipped topping.
