INGREDIENTS
1 cup sugar
2 tbs orange juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup water
grated rind of 1 orange
3 cups pecan halves
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook sugar, orange juice, salt and water at 234-240 degrees or until a drop in tap water forms a hard ball. Remove from heat and add 3 cups pecans, stir until well coated. Separate on wax paper.
