INGREDIENTS
4 wooden spoons
1 pt. vanilla brick ice cream
1- 5 ounce bar milk chocolate
1/4 cup shortening
1/2 cup chopped nuts
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut ice cream into four squares. Stick wooden spoon in each, place in a shallow pan and freeze until very hard. Melt chocolate and shortening using a double boiler. Cool until warm. Spread chocolate on one side of pop then dip in nuts. Repeat with other side then freeze.
Note: 1-half gallon ice cream will make 16 bars. Need 20 ounce bar milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips, when you use this you need 1 bar of parrafin.
