INGREDIENTS
1 lb. pecans
1 large pkg. chocolate chips
1 large pkg. caramels
1 3 oz. paraffin block
INSTRUCTIONS
Place togeter 2 pecan halves 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Place 1 caramel on top of pecan halves. Place in slow oven (200 degrees F.) for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from oven and cool slightly until you can press pecan in soft caramel. Melt chocolate and add 1-3oz. block of paraffin to melted chocolate. Dip into melted chocolate chips. (Place on wax paper until cold.)
