INGREDIENTS

1/2 stick butter
1 T. cornstarch
1 1/2 C. sugar
4 eggs
Juice and rind of 2 lemons
1/2 C. cold water
1-9" unbaked pie shell

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix cornstarch and water. Beat eggs in mixture and add other ingredients. Pour in crust and bake until set and lightly browned
