INGREDIENTS

3 cups flour
1 egg
5 T. water
1 T. salt
1-1/4 cups shortening
1 T. vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

Sift flour with salt. Cut shortening into flour. Combine other ingredients and add to shortening. May be stored in refrigerator for several days.
