INGREDIENTS

3 egg whites
1 1/4 cups sugar
3 tbs. water
dash of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp vinegar
whipped cream
some bitter chocolate, grated for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine egg whites, sugar, water, salt, vanilla and vinegar and beat for 30 minutes. Pour into pie plate lined with waxed paper, bringing mixture up the side of the plate.

Bake at 225 degrees F. for 45 minutes. Cool. Fill with whipped cream and sprinkle with the grated bitter chocolate.
