INGREDIENTS

4 eggs
1 3/4 cups sugar
1/2 stick margarine, softened
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1 7 ozs pkg. Angel Flake Coconut
1 tsp vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat eggs. Add other ingredients in order listed. Pour into two well-greased pie plates. Bake at 350 degrees 35-40 minutes.

Note: This recipe makes it own crust.
