INGREDIENTS
2 tbs. unsweetened cocoa; be generous
1 stick oleo
4 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 heaping tbs. flour
1/4 tsp salt, pinch
1 tsp vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt oleo, add cocoa to oleo and blend well. Best the eggs and add sugar, flour, salt and vanilla. Mix. Add the oleo and cocoa mixture to egg mixture. Pour into (deep) pie pan that has been greased. Start cooking at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, then lower temperature to 250 degrees and cook for 30 to 45 minutes -(45 minutes if you want it chewy).
