Banana Pudding

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup self-rising flour
2 cups sugar
1 qt. milk, whole
1 large can condensed milk
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring
6 large, ripe bananas, sliced
1 box Vanilla Wafers

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large saucepan mix 1/2 cup flour and 2 cups sugar. Blend in milk and vanilla and stir until well no lumps are present. Stir constantly and continually cook over low heat until mixture begins to thicken. Then whip eggs and add to mixture. It should be almost the consistency of thick gravy. Layer Vanilla Wafers and sliced bananas in a large container or bowl until they are gone. Pour pudding mixture over the top. Pudding mixture will seep to the bottom. Let set in refrigerator.
