Rice Pudding

INGREDIENTS

2 cups rice, cooked
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups milk, whole
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl add rice, milk, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Place casserole dish in a shallow pan of hot water. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until done.
